Abstract This text considers the first years of the so-called Movement of Modern Mathematics - MMM. Specifically, it analyzes a reference work for the training of teachers in the first school years, aiming to verify the transformations resulting from the MMM. As theoretical tools for analysis, studies on the construction of textbook biographies in terms of the studies by Pais (2010); Valente (2008) and Choppin (2004); are used, anchored in the perspective of Cultural History (CHARTIER, 1990), in terms of uses and appropriations. What elements of modern mathematics are present to be taught in the first school years contained in the Manual Pedagógico para a Escola Moderna, guiding the training of teachers in the first school years? In response, the study concludes that this work is an important reference for the analysis of a period of transition from references to teacher training, peripherally incorporating new contents, without changing the organization of arithmetic from the period prior to the MMM.
摘要 本文聚焦于所谓“现代数学运动(Movement of Modern Mathematics,MMM)”的初期阶段。具体而言,本文针对面向初等教育阶段教师培训的参考著作展开分析,旨在验证现代数学运动所引发的教学变革。本研究采用的分析理论工具,源自Pais(2010)、Valente(2008)与Choppin(2004)关于教科书建构的相关研究,并锚定文化史(Cultural History,CHARTIER,1990)视角下的使用与挪用维度。作为指导初等教育阶段教师培训的核心文献,《现代学校教育手册》(Manual Pedagógico para a Escola Moderna)中纳入了哪些可供初等教育阶段讲授的现代数学内容?针对该问题,本研究得出结论:该著作是分析教师培训参考体系转型时期的重要依据,其仅以边缘方式纳入了新型教学内容,并未改变现代数学运动之前的算术教学组织框架。
