2007 National Assessment on French in the First Grade of Secondary Education in Flanders (A-stream)

In 2007 a national assessment was carried out, which was commissioned by the Flemish government, to assess the extent to which students have sufficient skills to read, listen and write in French at the end of the first grade of secondary education (A-stream). Data were collected through a written reading, listening and writing test. The reading test was administered to a representative sample of 9366 students from 103 Flemish secondary schools. A subsample of 2895 pupils also participated in the writing test, and a subsample of 1261 pupils participated in the listening test. Tests were supplemented with questionnaires for students, parents and French teachers. The student questionnaire collected, among other things, information on their motivation and perceptions of the French classes. The parent questionnaire collected information on their child and the family situation. The teachers were questioned about their teaching experience and didactic approach. The response rates to these questionnaires were 96% for the student questionnaire, 91% for the parent questionnaire and 94% for the teacher questionnaire.

2007年，弗拉芒政府委托开展一项全国性评估，用以考察弗拉芒地区中等教育一年级（A类轨道）学生在学段结业时所掌握的法语读写听技能达标情况。本次评估通过书面读写听测试采集数据：其中，读写测试面向来自103所弗拉芒中等学校的9366名学生组成的代表性样本施测；另有2895名学生组成的子样本参与写作测试，1261名学生组成的子样本参与听力测试。本次测试配套面向学生、家长及法语教师的调查问卷。学生调查问卷除其他调研内容外，还收集了学生的法语学习动机及对法语课程的认知相关信息；家长调查问卷聚焦子女情况与家庭境况；教师调查问卷则围绕教学经验与教学法展开调研。上述三类问卷的回收率分别为：学生问卷96%、家长问卷91%、教师问卷94%。
