本数据为地球空间双星探测计划中探测一号卫星重离子探测器所探测得极区高能重离子通量数据，主要包括12-350MeV的He通量，23-540MeV的Li、Be、B通量，70-1341MeV的C、N、O、F通量以及200-7000MeV的Mg、Ar、Fe通量。数据经过1分钟平均处理，数据的时间覆盖范围为2004年2月12日至2006年12月31日，数据文件以标准的CDF格式存储，每个自然日一个文件。
This dataset comprises polar high-energy heavy ion flux data measured by the heavy ion detector aboard the Tan Ce 1 (TC-1) satellite of the Chinese Double Star Mission. It primarily includes He ion flux in the energy range of 12–350 MeV, fluxes of Li, Be and B ions within 23–540 MeV, fluxes of C, N, O and F ions within 70–1341 MeV, as well as fluxes of Mg, Ar and Fe ions within 200–7000 MeV. All data have been processed via 1-minute time averaging. The temporal coverage of the dataset spans from February 12, 2004 to December 31, 2006. The data files are stored in the standard CDF (Common Data Format) format, with one file per calendar day.
