Purchase dates Ministry of General Affairs 2014

Purchasing expenditure is the expenditure incurred by the national government on goods and services from suppliers. Once a year, the Minister of the Interior and Kingdom Relations receives information on the procurement expenditures of the previous year of all ministries and subdivisions. The Ministry uses this information to provide Rijkswide purchasing information to the category managers of the State, who purchase and procure the generic purchasing categories.

Since 2012, this purchasing information has also been used to inform the House of Representatives about the purchase by the government and about the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in it.

采购支出指国家政府向供应商采购货物及服务所产生的开支。每年，内政与王国关系大臣（Minister of the Interior and Kingdom Relations）都会收齐所有部委及其下属机构上一年度的采购支出信息。该部门依托此类信息，向负责采购通用采购品类的国家采购类别主管提供全国性采购数据。自2012年起，此类采购信息还被用于向荷兰众议院汇报政府采购情况，以及中小企业在政府采购总额中所占的份额，相关内容将被纳入《业务管理年度报告》。
