This dataset is generated during the provision of pharmaceutical care by the hospital pharmacy department, integrating patient medication records from electronic medical records (EMRs), including drug names, dosages, administration routes, frequencies, as well as pre- and post-medication visit diagnoses, medical histories, examination reports, and other relevant information. The data is structured and semi-structured medical data, intended for real-world studies on drug safety. It is applied in business scenarios such as clinical pharmacy departments and pharmacovigilance centers. This dataset can support the use of AI data mining technologies to identify potential adverse drug event (ADE) signals, analyze the association strength between specific drugs and adverse reactions, help supplement post-marketing drug safety evidence, and optimize clinical medication regimens.
