资源简介:
In this study, one hundred and twenty broilers were randomly allocated to 2 treatments. Each treatment contained 6 replicates of 10 broilers per replicate in each group. LPS group was received an intraperitoneal injection of LPS solution at a dose of 250 ug/kg at twelve, fourteen, thirty-three, and thirty-five days of age, whereas the control group received a sterile saline injection. At 35 days, jejunal samples were collected for transcriptomic and metabolomic analysis, and transcriptomics combined with non-targeted metabolomics was used to elucidate the mechanism of lipopolysaccharide-induced immune stress in broilers.
