The following data has been collected for the C and TN treatment from a mesocosm experiment. The C treatment mimicked winter conditions while the TN treatment simulated summer conditions. Day 10 and 17 was selected for the analysis. The cell shape and morphological features data were analysed based on scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and epifluorescence microscopy (EpiM). The data related to particles abundance (0.2 µm fraction), including both phages and vesicles were collected based on nano particle tracking analysis (NTA) at the end of the mesocosm experiment, i.e. Day 27.
本数据集采集自一项中型实验生态系统(mesocosm)实验的C处理组与TN处理组。其中C处理组模拟冬季环境条件,TN处理组则模拟夏季环境条件。本次分析选取了实验第10天和第17天的样本。基于扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscopy, SEM)与落射荧光显微镜(epifluorescence microscopy, EpiM),对细胞形态及相关特征数据展开分析。在中型实验生态系统实验结束时,即实验第27天,通过纳米颗粒追踪分析(nano particle tracking analysis, NTA)采集了0.2 µm粒径级分的颗粒丰度相关数据,该类颗粒包含噬菌体与囊泡。
