Centres authorised to prescribe complex technologies for diabetes

Dataset for the geolocation of regional centres authorised to take care of patients and to prescribe complex technologies for diabetes. Link for online map display: https://datawrapper.dwcdn.net/kaGjl/8/ The list of Regionally Recognised Centres was approved by D.D. of the Drug Policy Service 291/2018 and as amended in D.D. No 41/2019 (last update D.D. 4 August 2022, No 71) on the basis of the document produced by the Technical Table HTA of Diabetics “Regional Guidelines for Prescribing Diabetes Technologies” transposed with D.G.R. Puglia No 387/2018. The Centers identified are divided into Adult Patient Centers and Patient Patient Centers. The Centers for Adults are in turn classified in 2 levels according to the degree of expertise and structural availability and the consequent possibility of taking care of patients (Naive (N) or in Therapeutic Continuity (CT)) and prescribing one type or another of complex technology. The Pediatric Centers, on the other hand, are all considered to be the same as the 2nd Level Adult Centers. Puglia No 387/2018）正式落地实施。 本次纳入的医疗中心分为成人患者诊疗中心与儿科患者诊疗中心。 成人患者诊疗中心可根据其专业资质水平、硬件配置条件，以及收治患者的能力（初诊患者（Naive, N）或治疗连续性患者（Therapeutic Continuity, CT））、可开具的复杂诊疗技术类型，划分为两个等级。儿科患者诊疗中心则全部等同于成人二级诊疗中心。 本开放数据集所涵盖的复杂诊疗技术类型详情，可参阅附件PDF文件《Complete_Aress Complex Technologies Information Document》。
