资源简介:
This study aimed to investigate the regulatory effects of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) on lipid metabolism in human osteoarthritic chondrocytes. All cells were pretreated with 10 ng/mL interleukin-1à (IL-1Ã) for 24 hours to simulate the inflammatory environment of osteoarthritis. Subsequently, cells were divided into two groups: one treated with 25 µM DHA for 48 hours and the other with PBS as control. Total RNA was extracted and subjected to strand-specific paired-end RNA sequencing to examine transcriptomic changes related to lipid metabolic pathways. Overall design: Human primary chondrocytes were pretreated with 10 ng/mL IL-1à for 24 hours. Cells were then treated with 25 µM DHA or PBS (control) for an additional 48 hours. Three biological replicates were included per group. Total RNA was extracted for strand-specific paired-end RNA-seq.
