NRS-21112 | Index of Gazetted Conditional Leases [Maitland Land Board Office]

This alphabetical index refers to entries in the 'Register of Gazetted Conditional Leases'. (1)Index entries show the name of the lease holder and transferee, Land District and Conditional lease number. If only the name of the owner is known, the index can be consulted to determine the Land District and number of lease. Knowing the correct Land District ensures the correct register can be found, and knowing the lease number gains access to further details.Department of Lands circular 12/1935 states that by 31 December 1935 bound registers should be replaced by a card system.
