该数据包含历年来东莞市船舶港口服务单位备案（新设立，从事船舶污染物接收服务）办件结果公示信息，针对东莞市政务服务办件结果工作，收集在办件过程中，系统分配的唯一办件编号和办理时间和结果，并根据《广东政务服务网办件过程数据采集规范》规则进行数据清洗整理。

This dataset comprises public announcements of case handling results for the record filing of ship port service entities in Dongguan across all years, covering newly established entities engaged in ship pollutant reception services. In line with the Dongguan government service case handling result disclosure work, the unique case handling ID, handling timestamp and final handling result assigned by the system during the case processing are collected. Subsequently, data cleaning and standardization are performed in compliance with the provisions of the *Data Collection Specification for Case Handling Process of Guangdong Government Service Network*.
