Novex housing locations WMS

Within the urbanisation areas, 17 large-scale NOVEX housing sites have been established. These housing sites are all located in the 7 NOVEX (urbanisation) areas and are often the large-scale, load-bearing area developments in these areas. The development of these sites therefore also gives an important impetus to the development of the NOVEX areas. There are no numbers of homes to be built in the dataset. This dataset is only intended to show the location of the large-scale NOVEX housing locations.在城市化区域范围内，共设立了17处大型NOVEX住宅地块。这类住宅地块均坐落于7个NOVEX（城市化）片区内，且通常是该片区内的大型承载性开发项目。因此，这些地块的开发也为NOVEX片区的发展提供了重要推动力。本数据集未包含待建设住宅的套数信息，仅用于展示大型NOVEX住宅地块的分布位置。
