This invention discloses a device and method for fed-batch feedback control in fermentation processes based on online detection of alcohol gas concentrations. It detects alcohol gas concentrations during fermentation production online via electrochemical sensors, and realizes fed-batch feedback control of the fermentation process by regulating the concentration of alcohol-derived metabolites. This approach implements fed-batch feedback control with a gradient-decreasing alcohol concentration profile, enabling efficient and timely fed-batch regulation, thereby ensuring stable cell concentration during microbial fermentation and improving the quality and yield of microbial fermentation products. The fed-batch feedback control for fermentation production based on the electrochemical sensor online detection method boasts accurate control and excellent operational repeatability. It allows timely fed-batch regulation of fermentation production, maintaining the fermentation process in a favorable state, overcoming the shortcomings of empirical fed-batch control in fermentation processes, realizing high-efficiency microbial fermentation production, and promoting the engineering application level of optimized fed-batch control for fermentation processes.
