SALTGuard: Public Replication Data Package for Decision-Theoretic Governance-Aware Saline-Alkali Land Risk Mapping for Agricultural Decision Support

This dataset provides the public replication package for SALTGuard, a decision-theoretic governance-aware saline-alkali land risk mapping framework for agricultural decision support. The package includes temporal, block-held-out, and spatial cross-validation manifests; processed patch-level NPZ files used by the training and evaluation dataloaders; derived four-class salinity label GeoTIFFs; model configuration and evaluation artifacts; severe-risk probability and entropy arrays; inspection-budget, calibration, governance-aware utility, and decision-support analysis tables; manuscript figure values; source code; scripts; and configuration files. The archive excludes raw third-party source datasets and large trained model checkpoint weights. Raw source datasets should be obtained from their original providers under the applicable data licenses. The included files are processed or derived artifacts intended to support replication of the reported SALTGuard experiments, tables, figures, and decision-support analyses.
