CPS2 Precincts

This dataset contains spatial boundaries relating to the City of Perth Planning Scheme Precincts.The City is divided into 15 separate precincts which each have distinctive characteristics. Precincts are then broken down into use group areas.The Definition of precincts under Schedule 4 “means an area or neighbourhood of limited size having –(a) a similar use or other characteristics; and (b) specified boundaries;”Please see https://perth.wa.gov.au/develop/planning-framework/planning-schemes and https://perth.wa.gov.au/develop/planning-framework/planning-policies-and-precinct-plans for more information regarding the City of Perth Planning Schemes.
