The data recorded the consumers' perception and attitude towards online food delivery service among Malaysian during and post COVID-19. A primary dataset of 307 respondents was collected. Questionnaire were adopted from previous studies and collected through an online survey and invitation through email and social media over 4 weeks from March 2021 to April 2021. Study the influences of convenience motivation, perceived ease of use, time-saving orientation and price-saving orientation.
本数据集记录了新冠疫情期间及疫情后,马来西亚民众对在线餐饮配送服务的感知与态度。本次研究共收集307名受访者的有效数据,形成一手数据集。问卷改编自既往研究成果,于2021年3月至4月间开展了为期4周的线上调研,通过电子邮件与社交媒体邀请的方式发放问卷完成数据收集。本研究旨在探究便捷动机(convenience motivation)、感知易用性(perceived ease of use)、省时导向(time-saving orientation)与省钱导向(price-saving orientation)的影响效应。
