主动温控环境难以实现微摄氏度的温度精度,课题采用稳定环境温度下水自然冷却过程中的平滑下降的水温作为标定温度传感器分辨率的基准。课题首先采用电子温度传感器对光纤温度传感器的灵敏度系数进行标定,将标定后的光纤温度传感器置入无温控的温水中,以0.1秒为间隔进行100次温度测量,对温度数据进行二次多项式拟合后,其残差的标准差表明了光纤传感器的温度分辨率。 测试环境温度20℃,相对湿度50%。

Active temperature-controlled environments face challenges in achieving temperature precision at the micro-degree Celsius scale. This study adopts the smoothly decreasing water temperature during the natural cooling process of water under a constant ambient temperature as the benchmark for calibrating the temperature resolution of temperature sensors. First, an electronic temperature sensor is used to calibrate the sensitivity coefficient of the fiber-optic temperature sensor. The calibrated fiber-optic temperature sensor is then placed in non-temperature-controlled warm water, and 100 temperature measurements are taken at 0.1-second intervals. After conducting a second-order polynomial fitting on the temperature measurement data, the standard deviation of the fitting residuals is used to characterize the temperature resolution of the fiber-optic sensor. The test environment was set at 20°C with a relative humidity of 50%.
