本数据集包含了2011年水母消解对底栖生物生长、存活的影响。根据受试生物的生物学特点以及近岸底质环境特征,分别选取荣成好当家养殖基地取水口和青岛第一海水浴场为代表性底质采样点,作为室内模拟实验的底质。受试生物选取海蜇Rhopilema esculenta、菲律宾蛤仔Ruditapes philippinarum、中华近方蟹Hemigrapsus sinensis和多齿围沙蚕Perinereis nuntia Savigny。实验以水母残体的质量和底栖生物群落密度设置不同实验水平进行处理,整个实验期间进行充氧,10天后记录底栖生物的死亡数量计算死亡率并采集底质样品进行分析。底质样品测定总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)两项指标。

This dataset documents the effects of jellyfish degradation on the growth and survival of benthic organisms in 2011. Based on the biological characteristics of the test organisms and the features of nearshore benthic environments, the water intake of Rongcheng Haodangjia Aquaculture Base and Qingdao No.1 Bathing Beach were selected as representative benthic sediment sampling sites, with their sediments serving as the substrate for the indoor simulation experiment. The selected test organisms included Rhopilema esculenta, Ruditapes philippinarum, Hemigrapsus sinensis, and Perinereis nuntia Savigny. The experiment was conducted with varying experimental levels set according to the mass of jellyfish residues and the density of benthic organism communities. Continuous aeration was applied throughout the experimental period. After 10 days, the number of deceased benthic organisms was recorded to calculate the mortality rate, and sediment samples were collected for subsequent analysis. Two indicators, total nitrogen (TN) and total phosphorus (TP), were measured for the collected sediment samples.
