Community Health Indicator Reports (CHIRS): Trend Data

New York State Community Health Indicator Reports (CHIRS) were developed in 2012, and are regularly updated to consolidate and provide information regarding health indicators in the County Health Assessment Indicators (CHAI) for all communities in New York. The CHIRS present data for about 350 health indicators that are organized by 15 different health topics (see table below). Data tables are provided for all 62 New York State counties, 11 regions (including New York City), the State excluding New York City, and New York State.纽约州社区健康指标报告（Community Health Indicator Reports，CHIRS）于2012年编制完成，并定期更新，旨在整合并提供纽约州所有社区的县健康评估指标（County Health Assessment Indicators，CHAI）相关健康指标信息。CHIRS涵盖约350项健康指标数据，这些指标按15个不同健康主题分类（详见下表）。其配套数据表格覆盖纽约州全部62个县、11个区域（含纽约市）、不含纽约市的州域，以及纽约州全域。
