Count of dependent children in couple families. Comprises children aged under 15 years and dependent students aged 15-24 years who were present at their usual residence on Census Night. Comprises couple families with both parents present at their usual residence on Census Night. Excludes same-sex couples. G44 is broken up into 6 sections (G44a - G44f), this section contains 'Dependent children Aged 18-20 years Female parent Unemployed looking for Part-time work Male parent Total labour force' - 'Dependent children Aged 21-24 years Female parent Total Male parent Employed Hours worked not stated'. 统计对象为普查夜当晚常住于常驻地的15岁以下儿童，以及15至24岁的受抚养学生。
统计范围涵盖普查夜当晚双亲均常住于常驻地的双亲同居家庭，且排除同性伴侣家庭。
本次数据集所属的G44模块共分为G44a至G44f六个子部分，本数据集对应统计维度为：「受抚养子女年龄18-20岁、女性双亲失业且寻求兼职工作、男性双亲劳动力总人数」与「受抚养子女年龄21-24岁、女性双亲总计、男性双亲已就业、未申报工作时长」。
数据基于2016年SA3统计区域边界划定，更新周期为每5年。
