To help young people gain early insights into the future employment market landscape and required job competencies, provide diversified services covering career exploration, consultation and other related aspects. The goal is to accompany young people and offer support and encouragement throughout their career exploration journey, build mutual trust and a sense of belonging through comfortable spaces and service exchanges, enhance their potential for career development, foster their awareness of personal career planning, cultivate their future competitiveness, increase their self-worth, and enable them to enter the workplace with full confidence.
