APRF1 is a core component of the CPSF phosphatase module and acts downstream of a CPSF-mediated RNA PAS recognition, necessary for chromatin modification that results in FLC transcriptional silencing. To analyse the polyadenylation site choice in an unbiased and strand-specific manner, we carried out a Quant-seq analysis on total RNA from 7DAG ColFRI and aprf1-9 FRI seedlings.
