本数据为2022-2023年中尼交通廊道动物多样性和栖息地特征调查数据集。动物多样性调查方法为:利用野外样线观察法、主成分分析、聚类分析和多样性分析等开展动物多样性现状及变化研究。对所观察到的全部动物物种进行了鉴定和统计,对样地的位置信息、周围环境信息进行了统计,将以上信息全部统计在本数据集。栖息地特征调查方法为:利用野外观察法、主成分分析、聚类分析等开展动物栖息地现状及变化研究。对所观察到的全部动物栖息地特征进行了鉴定和统计,对样地的位置信息、周围环境信息进行了统计,将以上信息全部统计在本数据集。
This dataset is a survey dataset on animal diversity and habitat characteristics along the China-Nepal transportation corridor, collected between 2022 and 2023. For the animal diversity survey: Field line transect survey method, Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Cluster Analysis, and Diversity Analysis were employed to investigate the current status and changes of animal diversity. All observed animal species were identified and counted, along with the location information and surrounding environmental data of the sampling plots, all of which are compiled into this dataset. For the habitat characteristics survey: Field observation method, Principal Component Analysis (PCA), and Cluster Analysis were utilized to study the current status and changes of animal habitats. All observed animal habitat characteristics were identified and statistically analyzed, with the location information and surrounding environmental data of the sampling plots also recorded and counted, all of which are included in this dataset.
