BD HAIE v1 — Occitanie 2020

The two data sources used for the production of the linear hedges of the Bocage Monitoring System (DSB) in metropolitan France are: * Hedges and groves of the vegetation theme of the topographic database of the IGN, BD TOPO®, obtained by automatic segmentation of aerial images and classified by photo-interpretation on images from 2004 to 2015 by department; * Hedgerows or not, aligned trees and groves from non-agricultural areas of the Graphical Parcellar Register (GRP) photo-interpreted from images dating from 2011 to 2014. The GPR serves as a reference for the appraisal of aid financed by the common agricultural policy (EU Regulation No 1593/2000). The joint use of these two bases is necessary because one does not cover the entire territory (the GPR exists only for agricultural use) when many untreated hedges are absent from the other (BD TOPO). OPenIG makes version 1 of the Haie BD available in shapefile format for the 13 departments of Occitanie and related documentation.

法国本土博卡热监测系统（Bocage Monitoring System, DSB）的线性树篱数据集制作所采用的两类数据源如下：
* 法国国家地理研究院（Institut Géographique National, IGN）地形数据库（BD TOPO®）的植被主题树篱与灌丛数据：该数据通过航空影像自动分割获取，并于2004至2015年间按行政省完成影像目视解译分类；
* 图形地块登记册（Graphical Parcellar Register, GRP）中非农业区域的树篱（含非树篱类型）、成行栽植树木与灌丛数据：该数据基于2011至2014年的遥感影像完成目视解译。

图形地块登记册（GRP）是欧盟第1593/2000号法规规定的共同农业政策（Common Agricultural Policy, CAP）资助项目援助评估的法定参考依据。

需联合使用这两类数据库，原因在于二者均无法独立覆盖全部领土：图形地块登记册（GRP）仅覆盖农业用地范畴，而BD TOPO®则未收录大量未管护树篱。

OPenIG已面向奥克西塔尼大区的13个行政省，发布了树篱数据库（Haie BD）版本1的shapefile格式数据集及相关配套文档。
