RNA-Seq of tomato cv. Moneyberg sympodial FM and IM in WT and ap1/ful-like mutants

We performed an RNA-Seq on the separate sympodial FM and sympodial IM of tomato cv. Moneyberg. The WT samples were compared with mc mutants and ful2 mbp20 mutants. Per biological replicate, 20-50 meristems that were visually at the same stage were pooled prior to RNA extraction. Per stage/genotype, three or four replicates were performed. RNA-Seq was performed by BGI using DNB-Seq.
