Microsensor measurements of O2, pH, H2, NO, and N2O in the coral gastrovascular cavity
收藏资源简介:
This dataset comprises microsensor data files supporting the study of chemical microenvironments and microbial activities within the coral gastrovascular cavity. O2.csv, pH.csv, H2.csv, NO.csv, and N2O.csv contain depth profile measurements collected in the gastrovascular cavity of healthy and bleached Astraeosmilia curvata polyps. The profiles were measured under dark conditions and under two incident photon irradiances (400–700 nm) of 100 and 200 µmol photons m⁻² s⁻¹, with three technical replicates collected for each polyp. The O2, pH, H2, and NO measurements were performed on the same set of A. curvata polyps, whereas the N2O measurements were conducted on a separate set of healthy A. curvata polyps. H2_afterfeeding_Goniastrea.csv and H2_afterfeeding_Astraeosmilia.csv contain H2 measurements following food ingestion. For healthy A. curvata polyps, the data consist of depth profiles tracking changes in H2 concentration over consecutive time points (n = 2 polyps, with three technical replicates per polyp). For Goniastrea sp., the data consist of continuous H2 concentration measurements.
