This repository contains the raw image data for soft-agar motility and cell-shape analyses, along with the corresponding analysis scripts and processed data. It also includes raw and processed live-cell tracking data and a full RNA-seq analysis pipeline provided as both .rmd and HTML files and with associated outputs. These materials accompany the manuscript “A Two-Component Regulatory System Mediates Quorum Sensing–Dependent Morphology and Motility Transitions in the Archaeon Haloferax volcanii” and can be used to reproduce the results described in the study.
