WMS INSPIRE BPL Development plan change in the Korntaler Straße area

WMS service of the urban development plan “Construction plan change in the Korntaler Straße area” of the city of Ludwigsburg, which was transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.该数据集为路德维希堡市「科恩塔勒大街（Korntaler Straße）区域建设规划变更」城市发展规划对应的网络地图服务（WMS，Web Map Service），该服务基于版本5.0的XPlanung数据集，并依照INSPIRE规范完成转换。
