Immunotherapy outcome prediction classifiers were successfully constructed through expression profiling of a total of 594 genes in PDAC right tumors from humanized mice treated with immunotherapy In the study presented here,humanized mice harboring 2 CFPAC-1 tumors (left and right) were treated with our immunotherapies (CAd, CART or combinaiton), and right tumors were harvested from each mouse to analyze human immune gene expression.
