Mortality due to ischemic heart disease in women in the Basque Country (1996-2003)

Ischemic heart disease (IEC-9: 410-414 and CIE10: I20-I25)* was responsible for 7.8 % of deaths in the study period. In order of frequency it ranked second among the causes of death and from 1990 to 2004 it experienced an average annual decrease of 3.3 %. The distribution of mortality in the CAPV does not respond to an obvious geographical pattern, showing scattered high and low-risk sections.缺血性心脏病（IEC-9: 410-414 及 CIE10: I20-I25）*在本研究周期内占总死亡人数的7.8%。按死亡发生频率排序，其位列第二大死因；1990年至2004年间，其死亡率年均下降3.3%。CAPV区域内的死亡率分布未呈现显著的地理模式，仅表现为高低风险区域零散分布的特征。
