scRNAseq of γδ during controlled human malaria infection
收藏资源简介:
γδ T cells play critical roles in innate immunity to Plasmodium falciparum malaria, yet their functional heterogeneity and memory-like dynamics during first and subsequent infections remain poorly defined. To investigate γδ T cell activation during malaria, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) on γδ T cells isolated from volunteers (n = 4) enrolled in a blood-stage P. falciparum CHMI trial. γδ T cells were sequenced at four timepoints: infection (I, 0 days post infection (d.p.i.)), anti-malarial drug treatment (T, 8 d.p.i.), and seven and twenty days post treatment (T+7, 15 d.p.i., T+20, 28 d.p.i.). Following quality control and integration based on donor and timepoint, analysis of the 31,409 cells identified 14 unique clusters.Data set is annotated processed Seurat object of all cells.
