资源简介:

The data were collected in the Visegrad Group (V4) countries—Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia—and include responses from 2,508 patients. The dataset was obtained within the framework of an international research project aimed at evaluating and comparatively analyzing the quality of medical care in both outpatient and inpatient healthcare facilities across the V4 region. The evaluation framework is based on three key groups of criteria reflecting a patient-centered approach to healthcare quality assessment: communication, confidentiality/privacy, and care coordination. The communication dimension includes clarity of explanations, availability and responsiveness of medical staff, comprehensibility of information provided before and after medical procedures, and overall effectiveness of doctor–patient interaction. The confidentiality/privacy dimension reflects respect for personal dignity, protection of sensitive health information, and ensuring privacy during examinations and discussions. The care coordination dimension evaluates the consistency of medical staff actions, information transfer between departments and specialists, continuity of treatment, and the overall coherence of care delivery. These criteria form the basis of a structured multi-criteria information model that enables aggregation of individual patient assessments into an integrated regional quality indicator and supports subsequent fuzzy-based evaluation and recommendation generation.
