Removal and collection of dead animals

This set of data provides the list of dead animals collected from homes or removed from public roads by the Madrid City Council. The City Council facilitates the free collection and removal of dead animals for individuals, since the abandonment of carcasses of animals of all species is prohibited, as well as their burial or incineration by the owners (Art. 51 Ordinance on the Cleaning of Public Spaces and Waste Management)本数据集收录了马德里市政厅（Madrid City Council）从居民住宅收集或从公共道路清移的死亡动物清单。市政厅可为个人提供死亡动物的免费收集与清移服务，原因在于《公共空间清洁与废物管理条例》第51条规定，遗弃任何物种的动物尸体，以及由所有者自行掩埋或焚烧此类尸体均属违法行为。
