Industrial plants (IED plants) from LIS-A (Hessian country information system annexes) [Stand: 01.10.2015] and industrial wastewater treatment plants (installations according to Annex I, No 6.11 of the Industrial Emissions Directive, IE-RL) [as of: 06.08.2015] (source for both: Hessen Ministry of the Environment, Climate Protection, Agriculture and Consumer Protection).本数据集收录两类设施：其一为源自LIS-A（黑森州国家信息系统附件，Hessian Country Information System Annexes）的工业设施（IED设施），数据版本截至2015年10月1日；其二为工业污水处理设施（符合《工业排放指令》（Industrial Emissions Directive，IE-RL）附件一第6.11条规定的设施），数据版本截至2015年8月6日。两类设施的数据源均为黑森州环境、气候保护、农业与消费者保护部。
