This is the SPSS data file on 164 change recipients assessing their change leaders during organizational change. Assessment dimensions are Idea Champion behavior, psychological need satisfaction (autonomy, relatedness and competence), selected leadership influence tactics, narrative intelligence, general self-efficacy, individual readiness to change and simple GDPR-compliant demographics.
