The effect of genetic and environmental perturbations on S. cerevisiae cell size

each cell cycle file contains all compromises all cell cycles in a single structure with several fields:
mother_ck_size: mother cell size at the cytokinesis of the previous cell cycle.
mother_ns_size: mother cell size at the nuclear separation of the previous cell cycle.
mother_bud_size: mother cell size at budding in the current cell cycle.
mother__final_ck_size: mother cell size at the cytokinesis of the current cell cycle.
mother_final_ns_size: mother cell size at the nuclear separation of the current cell cycle.
daughter__final_ck_size: daughter cell size at the cytokinesis of the current cell cycle.
daughter_final_ns_size: daughter cell size at the nuclear separation of the current cell cycle.

ns_time: timepoint of the nuclear separation at the previous cell cycle
ck_time: timepoint of the cytokinesis at the previous cell cycle
bud_time: timepoint of budding (G1 to S transition) in the current cell cycke
final_ns_time: timepoint of the nuclear separation at the current cell cycle
final_ck_time: timepoint of the cytokinesis at the current cell cycle

n_cycles: number of the current cycles for the mother (i.e. 1 = first cell cycle after birth).
