Conclusions: This study establishes a causal link between gut microbiota dysbiosis and IPAH and demonstrates the therapeutic potential of FMT in reversing PAH phenotypes. The findings highlight the critical role of bacterial, archaeal, and fungal communities in PAH pathogenesis and suggest that modulation of the gut microbiome could be a promising treatment strategy for PAH.
结论:本研究证实肠道菌群失调与特发性肺动脉高压(Idiopathic Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension, IPAH)之间存在因果关联,并证实了粪便微生物群移植(Fecal Microbiota Transplantation, FMT)具备逆转肺动脉高压(Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension, PAH)表型的治疗潜力。本研究结果凸显了细菌、古菌与真菌群落在肺动脉高压发病机制中的关键作用,同时提示调控肠道菌群或可成为肺动脉高压的颇具前景的治疗策略。
