The proteomics was performed by the serum after removing common high-abundance protein through using a Thermo Fisher's serum High Abundance protein removal reagent (High Select™ Top14 Abundant Protein Depletion Mini Spin Columns, A36370, Thermo fisher, US). The mass spectrometer Thermo Scientific Q Exactive was performed for Label-free quantification detection and data were analyzed by Proteome Discoverer 2.2. The secreted proteins with fold change (FC) ≥1.5 and p-value < 0.05 were considered to be differential proteins. Volcano plots were used to filter the proteins of interest which based on log2(FC) and -log10(P-value) of the secreted proteins
