Raw transcriptome sequencing data of storage properties of Lacticaseibacillus paracasei Zhang starter culture by DNA methylation

Prokaryotic transcriptome is the study of gene expression at the RNA level. Through the comparative analysis of bacterial transcriptome, the changes of gene expression of bacteria in different environments and hosts are studied, so as to elaborate the influence of host and environment on bacteria and the pathogenic mechanism of bacteria. In addition, the information of sRNA and gene structure can be further mined to provide strong support for the study of gene network regulation.
