Data Set of ontology and communication scenario for method of enhancing maritime safety

Data Set of ontology and communication scenario for article "Application of a text mining method in navigation and communication for enhancing maritime safety" for PLOS ONE magazine. The set ontology describes ontology used for commucation and navigation between vessels in the sea traffic. The set scenario describes one of the scenario for safe communication between vessels. Goal of publishing is to give open access for data releated to the article. Main focus of article is to provide and enhace safe communication on sea traffic by providing a model for the translation of natural language into ontology and vice versa in an autonomous navigation system of a sea-going vessel.
