福建出生队列高质量数据集涵盖自然妊娠出生人群4.8万余人、辅助生殖人群5000人，同期采集了自辅助生殖术前至子代的卵泡液、精子、精浆、血液、尿液、唾液、胎盘、羊水、脐带血等多类别生物样本。数据库自辅助生殖术前、孕早期招募，贯穿全孕期、分娩期、子代多时点随访；收集汇总的数据集涵盖流行病学调查数据、环境气候数据、全流程临床诊疗数据、产前诊断遗传检测数据、多组学数据等超过1.5万个变量的高维大数据，并对数据进行了精细化深度治理。其中流行病学调查涵盖基本人口学特征信息、孕产史、疾病既往史、药物服用史、生活习惯、环境暴露史、睡眠情况、膳食情况、抑郁焦虑情况；临床诊疗涵盖常规体格检查、影像学检查、实验室检查检验结果等，常规体格检查涵盖身高、体重、腹围、宫高、血压、心电图检查等，影像学检查包括核磁、超声检查结果和结论等，实验室检验结果包括血常规、血生化、血型、孕激素检查等；环境气候数据涵盖温度、湿度、臭氧等环境暴露因子；多组学数据涵盖部分妊娠期特发性疾病人群的蛋白组学、代谢组学、环境暴露组学数据。

The High-quality Fujian Birth Cohort Dataset covers over 48,000 naturally conceived births and 5,000 individuals from assisted reproductive technology (ART) pregnancies. Meanwhile, multiple types of biological samples were collected from pre-ART procedures to the offspring, including follicular fluid, sperm, seminal plasma, blood, urine, saliva, placenta, amniotic fluid, umbilical cord blood, and other specimens. The database recruited participants from pre-ART procedures and early pregnancy, and conducted follow-ups across the entire pregnancy, delivery period, and multiple follow-up time points for the offspring. The aggregated dataset consists of high-dimensional big data with over 15,000 variables, covering epidemiological survey data, environmental and climatic data, full-process clinical diagnosis and treatment data, prenatal diagnosis genetic testing data, multi-omics data, etc., and the data has undergone refined and in-depth governance. Specifically, the epidemiological survey includes basic demographic information, obstetric history, past medical history, medication history, lifestyle habits, environmental exposure history, sleep status, dietary status, and symptoms of depression and anxiety. Clinical diagnosis and treatment covers routine physical examinations, imaging examinations, laboratory test results, and other content. Routine physical examinations include height, weight, abdominal circumference, fundal height, blood pressure, electrocardiogram (ECG) examinations, etc. Imaging examinations include magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and ultrasound results and conclusions, etc. Laboratory test results include complete blood count, blood biochemistry, blood typing, progesterone assays, and other items. Environmental and climatic data covers environmental exposure factors such as temperature, humidity, ozone, and others. Multi-omics data includes proteomics, metabolomics, and environmental exposomics data from individuals with certain pregnancy-specific idiopathic diseases.
