资源简介:

In this study, four species of cyanobacteria living in the Baltic Sea or its surroundings were exposed to light stress. In laboratory conditions, light stress was performed by increasing the PAR radiation intensity fourfold. The presence of biogenic volatile organic compounds was tested after one hour and 24 hours after light shock. The analytical method was solid-phase microextraction (SPME) with GC/MS detection. It was found that cyanobacteria do not produce volatile compounds under control conditions. However, under the influence of light stress, the tested species of cyanobacteria produced from 1 to 7 compounds. Selected compounds were identified using analytical standards or a spectrum library. the attached file shows the mass spectra of compounds that could not be identified. For one of them, analysis of the spectra showed that it was a compound containing a disulfide bridge (the interpretation of the spectrum can be found in the source publication).
