California daily fire growth database (2012-2021)

The California daily fire growth database (2012-2018) presents daily fire expansion and rate-of-spread for all mayor fires over the time period 2012-2018. The database is contracted based on VIIRS active fire detections using a novel algorithm to quantify fire expansion and spread. The database will be update regularly when new data or a new algorithm are available. Please contact the author regarding any problems, errors or suggestions. The dataset will be made publicly available after acceptance of the relevant manuscript.
