Homeobox genes HOXA13 and HOXB13 have been dysregulated in various human cancers, including bladder cancer. Our aim was to identify significant differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and molecular pathways upon the HOXA13 and HOXB13 knockdown in bladder cancer cell lines. Transcriptome profiles of HOXA13 or HOXB13 siRNA-transfected bladder cancer cells and negative control siRNA-transfected bladder cancer cells at different time points were generated in triplicates by RNA sequencing using Illumina HiSeq 2000.
