GA-binding protein GABPβ1 is required for the proliferation of neural stem/progenitor cells

multiple techqiques from cell biology, molecular biology,biochemistry,we performed a series of experimental analyses.

为探究GABP在内源性神经发生中的作用及其分子机制，本研究使用了GABPβ1L基因敲除小鼠以及体外培养的原代神经干细胞（NSPCs）。体内与体外实验均设置了阴性对照（NC）组与GABP亚基敲低组。本研究通过运用细胞生物学、分子生物学与生物化学等多学科技术手段，开展了一系列实验分析。
