This data represents 3 repeated staining and stripping (elution) cycles of an array tomography tissue ribbon from mouse barrel cortex with antibodies against synaptic molecules Arc and GluR4 (GluA4) as well as a DAPI nuclear stain. Included are images from 16 consecutive 70 nm serial sections aligned to produce a high-resolution volumetric reconstruction of each stain.
