Grants 2019 from the Dordogne Department

Local authorities are obliged, as of 1 August 2017, to communicate on the grants they award. This obligation rests with the publication on 7 May 2017 of Decree No. 2017-779 of 5 May, on access in electronic form to the data of the grant agreements and the decree of 17 November 2017 on the conditions for making the essential data of the grant agreements available. This text implements Article 18 of the Law for a Digital Republic (No 2016-1321 of 7 October 2016), which itself amended Article 10 of Law No. 2000-321 of 12 April 2000 on the rights of citizens in their relations with administrations. (As regards the nature of the grant, the obligation to disseminate the essential data of the agreement concerns all grants which meet the definition set out in Article 9-1 of the Law of 12 April 2000).自2017年8月1日起，地方当局有义务公开其所拨付的各类补贴相关信息。 此项公开义务的设立依据为两份法令：其一为2017年5月5日颁布、同年5月7日发布的第2017-779号《关于以电子形式获取补贴协议数据的法令》；其二为2017年11月17日颁布的《关于公布补贴协议核心数据相关细则的法令》。 上述法令落实了2016年10月7日颁布的《数字共和国法案》（第2016-1321号）第18条之规定；该法案本身亦修订了2000年4月12日颁布的《关于公民与行政机关交往权利法案》（第2000-321号）的第10条。 （就补贴的性质而言，公开补贴协议核心数据的义务适用于所有符合2000年4月12日颁布的法案第9-1条定义的补贴项目。）
