The data set contains the locations and numbers of the light sign systems in Düsseldorf.

Traffic lights are used to control road traffic. They are used where other safe traffic handling is no longer possible due to traffic density or local conditions.

In Düsseldorf, certain traffic lights are switched depending on traffic in order to be able to adapt to the changing traffic situations as needed.
