TPL recipients with disabilities

Aggregated data on recipients of State-funded technical aids (hereinafter - TPLs) with disabilities to whom TPLs have been issued in accordance with Cabinet Regulation No 250 "Procedures by which the Latvian Society of the Blind and the Latvian Association of the Deaf provide social rehabilitation services and provide technical aids – tiflotechnics and surdotechnics" or No 878 "Regulations on Technical Aids". One person may have more than one valid disability group, so the sum of the disability groups does not match the number of unique persons. 本数据集为已申领国家资助辅助器具（以下简称TPLs）的残疾人汇总数据，此类辅助器具的发放均依据拉脱维亚内阁第250号法规《拉脱维亚盲人协会与拉脱维亚聋人协会开展社会康复服务及提供辅助器具——视障辅助技术与听障辅助技术实施规程》，或第878号法规《辅助器具管理规定》。由于单个残疾人可能持有多个有效的残疾类别，因此残疾类别的总数与独立残疾人个体的数量并不一致。数据来源：由拉脱维亚福利部负责管理的福利信息系统LabIS。
