二嗪磷具有一定的杀螨、杀线虫活性。广泛用于水稻、玉米、甘蔗、烟草、果树、蔬菜、牧草、花卉、森林和温室,用来防治多种刺激吸性和食叶性害虫。也用于土壤,防治地下害虫和线虫,还可用于防治家畜体外寄生虫和蝇类、蟑螂等家庭害虫。数据采集,随机抽取每个菜棚菠菜成品,对该成品进行二嗪磷残留量检测。数据判定:若二嗪磷实测值不大于0.5mg/kg,则该成品合格x(=c*v/m)*d,公式中,x为样品中二嗪磷总含量(mg/kg),v为试样提取液浓缩定容体积(mL);m为试样质量(g);d为稀释倍数;c为曲线值 (μg/mL)。

Diazinon has certain acaricidal and nematicidal activities. It is widely applied in rice, corn, sugarcane, tobacco, fruit trees, vegetables, forages, flowers, forests and greenhouses to control various piercing-sucking and folivorous pests. It is also used in soil to manage soil-dwelling pests and nematodes, as well as external parasites of livestock, flies, cockroaches and other household pests. Data collection: Finished spinach products were randomly sampled from each vegetable greenhouse, and the diazinon residue in these products was detected. Data evaluation: A finished spinach product is considered qualified if the measured diazinon concentration is no greater than 0.5 mg/kg. The calculation formula is $x = frac{c imes v}{m} imes d$, where $x$ is the total diazinon content in the sample (mg/kg), $v$ is the final volume of the concentrated sample extract (mL), $m$ is the mass of the test sample (g), $d$ is the dilution factor, and $c$ is the calibration curve value (μg/mL).
